Maximilian Holidays Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name Festivon Signature Tours (“Company”), is committed to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our travellers.
While we take reasonable steps to select reputable service providers and maintain operational standards, travel inherently involves certain risks. This Policy outlines important health and safety information for travellers.
2. Traveller Responsibility
All travellers are responsible for:
- Ensuring they are medically fit to undertake travel
- Carrying necessary medications
- Complying with local laws and regulations
- Following safety instructions provided by tour leaders and local authorities
- Exercising reasonable personal care and awareness
Participation in any tour or activity is voluntary.
3. Medical Fitness & Disclosure
Travellers must inform the Company at the time of booking if they:
- Have pre-existing medical conditions
- Require special assistance
- Have mobility limitations
- Are pregnant
- Have severe allergies or dietary restrictions
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect our ability to provide appropriate assistance.
The Company reserves the right to decline participation where a traveller’s condition may:
- Pose a safety risk to themselves or others; or
- Require medical facilities not reasonably available during the tour.
4. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Insurance should ideally cover:
- Emergency medical expenses
- Hospitalisation
- Repatriation
- Trip interruption
- Personal accident
- Emergency evacuation
The Company shall not be responsible for medical costs incurred during travel.
5. Destination-Specific Health Requirements

Travellers are responsible for verifying health entry requirements through official government sources or medical professionals.
The Company is not liable for denial of entry due to non-compliance with health regulations.
6. Communicable Diseases & Public Health
Travellers agree to:
- Comply with public health measures applicable at the destination
- Follow local quarantine or testing requirements where mandated
- Refrain from travel if diagnosed with a contagious illness that may endanger others
The Company may refuse participation to any traveller displaying symptoms of contagious illness if participation may pose a health risk to the group.
7. Physical Activities & Optional Excursions
Some tours may involve:
- Walking tours
- Uneven terrain
- Boat rides
- Snow or mountain environments
- Adventure or water-based activities
Travellers are responsible for assessing their physical ability to participate.
Optional activities may be operated by independent third-party providers. Participation is at the traveller’s own discretion and risk.
The Company shall not be liable for injuries arising from voluntary participation in such activities.
8. Local Infrastructure & Standards
Health and safety standards may vary across destinations.
Travellers acknowledge that:
- Medical facilities abroad may differ from those in their home country
- Emergency response times may vary
- Infrastructure standards may not match those of developed nations
By booking, travellers accept such inherent differences.
9. Emergency Situations
In the event of a medical or safety emergency:
- Travellers should immediately inform the tour leader or local representative
- Local emergency services may be contacted
- Costs of treatment, evacuation, or repatriation shall be borne by the traveller or their insurer
The Company will provide reasonable assistance but shall not assume financial responsibility for such costs.
10. Personal Safety & Conduct
Travellers must:
- Safeguard personal belongings
- Follow safety instructions during transport and excursions
- Avoid unlawful or reckless behaviour
- Respect cultural norms and local regulations
The Company reserves the right to remove any traveller whose behaviour compromises the safety of others.
11. Force Majeure & Safety Events
Events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Epidemics
- Security threats
may require itinerary changes, evacuation, or cancellation.
In such cases, the Company shall not be liable for consequential losses beyond what is specified in the Terms & Conditions.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
While the Company takes reasonable care in selecting service providers, it does not control or operate:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Cruise operators
- Transport providers
- Adventure operators
Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for injury, illness, accident, delay, or loss caused by independent service providers.
13. Acknowledgment of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
- Accidents
- Illness
- Political instability
- Weather-related disruptions
- Transportation incidents
By booking a tour, travellers acknowledge and accept these risks.

1. Policy Statement
Maximilian Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is committed to safeguarding the welfare and protection of children during all travel services arranged by the Company.
This Policy applies to:
- Family travel

- Student groups

2. Definition
For the purposes of this Policy, a “Child” or “Minor” refers to any person under the age of 18 years.
3. Parental / Guardian Responsibility
3.1 All minors must be accompanied by:

- A legal guardian; or
- An authorised adult (in case of school or institutional travel).
3.2 The supervising adult is fully responsible for the safety, conduct, and well-being of the minor.
The Company does not assume parental responsibility.

The Company and its tour leaders shall not act as primary custodians of minors.

- Compliance with local child protection laws in destination countries
Any individual engaging in inappropriate conduct involving a child shall be removed from the tour and may be reported to authorities.
8. Photography of Children
Photographs of minors taken during tours shall:
- Not be used for marketing without parental consent;
- Not be published in a manner that compromises child privacy or safety.
Parents may request exclusion of their child’s images in writing.
9. Child Participation in Activities

10. School & Institutional Groups
